Here is my latest offering: http://www.hardy-plant.org.uk/blog/shoe-0517
I hope that you enjoy it.
My apologies for redirecting you today. I will be back here next week, by which time, fingers crossed, we might have had some rain in Norfolk. The soil is so worryingly dry!
Best wishes,
Sarah

Very dry here too. It is actually raining now but very steadily so not 'good' rain.
ReplyDeleteWe need good rain, preferably at night with gloriously sunny days for gardening. Am I being greedy?
DeleteIt is worrying to have a dry May. Our May started out that way but rain finally found our area be are back to normal so they say.
ReplyDeleteI'm pleased that the rain found you. We haven't had proper rain for ages and it's so windy that it makes gardening unpleasant. If I were of a suspicious disposition, I might believe that someone is trying to put us off gardening!
DeleteIt's been a very dry May indeed but there seems to be hope this week...
ReplyDeleteIt was forecast here, but so far we have had a few spitty little drops. I was still able to wear in my slippers outdoors without fear of wet feet (yes, I am a style guru ;-))
DeleteWe have had a lot of rain during May here on the east coast. Hopefully things will change for you soon. Now I'm going to check out your article!
ReplyDeleteThanks Lee. It has finally rained today! Proper, gorgeous rain. The garden looks very much happier for it!
DeleteCammassia are on my "must plant" list. I may get around to it this June, or fall at the latest!
ReplyDeleteIt is one of those plants that gets better every year. I am thinking of adding some to the long grass in the orchard.
DeleteWe have had some rain now Sarah. Our white Wisteria is in full bloom, the bees love it. The HPS is a great organisation. I have a link on their website to my blog, I don't remember seeing yours on there.
ReplyDeleteHow lovely - enjoy your Wisteria while it lasts. We are beginning to get Wisteria confetti on the path now. I will check the website - thanks for the tip-off!
DeleteThanks for the redirect! I commented on the other blog, but I will repeat here that I love wisteria! We are fortunate to have a couple of beautiful natives that are less invasive than the oriental one.
ReplyDeleteNo rains here as well Sarah. Love your onions! Have a nice week!
ReplyDeleteYou perfectly describe my morning journey out into the garden and then back in to get the camera. Love the hat!
